Sample Referral Report

The above report is similar to the report you will receive with your referral check.  Below is an explanation of each field that is not self explanatory:

CustomerID is usually your phone number with an extra digit.  We recommend using 0 as the extra digit unless you have more than one person using the same phone number in our program.  This number will never change even if you later change your phone number because all accounting is connected to it.

PageID is a company assigned number that we use to link your CD advertising to your website.

SponsorID is the ID of your sponsor for the program.

Pmnt is the payment number specifically connecting this check amount with the receipts in our program.

Address AreaIf you are in a foreign country, make sure you enter any city, state and province on the City line.  Enter NO for the State and make sure you include the country.

Prepared is the actual date the referral pay was earned and calculated.

Printed is the date the check was processed.

Shipped is the date the check was sent.

StartDate is the date the individual sent in their application.

AdminDate is the current date of the last paid administration fee.  This is when the $50 is taken from commissions or when you last paid the Optional $29 Administration Fee.

RenewDate indicates when the computer will bill you $50 from commissions if you do not pay the $29 Optional Administration Fee.

MinOTDate is the Date you first reach $50 Qualifying Business Volume (QBV).  You must be at $50 QBV in order to receive any referral fees.  If you do not purchase anything but earn and income, we will hold $50 from commissions and pay the $50 at your position as a SALE of $50 Business Volume (BV) to the Upline.  We will also add one year to your renewal date.  This way even free customers end up creating Upline commissions as the Upline and Downline build their positions.  You will now receive 5% of initial sales 10 levels on $50 of QBV.  (Hint – sell as much as possible on initial orders to increase your income because you lose income on everything over $50 on repeat orders until you reach $500 personal QBV.)  There are only two ways to increase your QBV.  You must either purchase products or services that have QBV or you must sponsor customers with the $79 Owner ad on CD which creates $50 QBV for your customer and for you.

OTDate is the date you reach your $500 QBV required to receive 10 generation referrals.  You receive 5% on all sales up to $500 QBV for 10 generations.  Each generation is a customer at $500 QBV.

MinMDate is the day of the month you reach $50 QBV beyond $500 QBV.  Thereafter each month your MinMDate is reset and waits until you accumulate $50 QBV again.  From this date through the rest of the month you will be paid 5% of all BV over $500 up to $50 of BV.

MDate is the date your autoship is billed.  If on autoship you receive 5% of ALL BV 10 generations with no restrictions on upper limit purchases.  This date is re-billed each month.  You are qualified from the first of the month for 5% of all BV 10 generations but your BV does not pay Upline until the last day of the month.  This means you have all month to reach the highest level possible to be paid on autoship orders in your Downline.

NrPersonal is the number of personal customers you have introduced to the program.

NrQual is the number of personal customers you have introduced that have reached a minimum of $50 QBV.
